  Very impressed with the new doctor, Dr. Hunter Priester. She has been working to organize the clinic as well see clients. I can already see the improvement in the clinic. She is a highly skilled surgeon and listens attentively to my concerns. I brought my 2 anxious dogs and she is the first Veterinarian to calm them down during examination. I will now bring my 2 cats to Quail Hollow. She also a specialist in "pocket pets"! So now I have someone to treat my rabbit! Thank you Dr. Priester!

  ***DON’T GO HERE**** 8408 Park Rd..VERY RUDE STAFF, and I’m a sweet person who don’t judge but Jen (I believe) was so cold. Extremely rude for no reason. I understand policies 10 minute late I was right at the 10 minutes late mark. I understand but she didn’t have to say “YeAh, sorry not sorry type attitude YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE that’s it. No compassion whatsoever that I booked a sick appointment for my adorable cat and that it was a challenge for me to get him in his carrier and out the car (VERY COLD Personality). I can’t believe people like this work in a vet office. (The guy at the front desk was ok😊👍) Especially, due to them trying to get business. They have promotions… I see why NOW! I’m glad my cat is not being treated by these people 😌🙌 truly don’t care about pets. They only care about not being overworked…. I guess!!… Well, they lost a very loyal customer who actually loves people and pets. NOT THIS PLACE Trust me!! I can feel energy in a room and this place VERY COLD 🥶 NO EMOTION. No empathy. Don’t care period. And, I’m not the type to do bad reviews. If anything I do good reviews but I felt called to do this. Maybe, it’s not her passion and she needs to do something else. ALSO, people coming out looked very upset. Not sure if it was due to their pet being sick or the lack of empathy. I’m sure some clients had a very different experience cause I did read the reviews before coming in but I believe for them they were just wearing a mask of being kind.

  Very knowledgable. Receptionist is awesome! Thank you! Quippy is doing much better and we have a consultaion for his surgery.

  It pains me to write this negative review. After five unsuccessful attempts over a 7-week period to get a response from this office about a test given in error to my cat, in which the vet offered to refund me for, the office has not responded to my emails, voicemail, or message left with the receptionist over a phone call. Generally, the in-person care our cat received at this office was good, with friendly staff. Dr. Coady was great. After Dr. Coady's departure, this office now seems disorganized and unprofessional. Perhaps they are just understaffed. At any rate, 5 attempts over 7 weeks to get a response from your vet means we'll be taking our cat elsewhere.
