Took my dog today and they told me they couldn't groom her because she peed when they picked her up....ok are you not about to wash her? If you go there make sure you don't get Ashley. I've never had her before and will make sure to never get her again.
- AKadalet kurtulusDec 18, 20251.0I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the grooming manager Lex, as so did some others as I observed yesterday when I was picking my dog up. The grooming itself was below standard, but at this point it’s not about the grooming anymore, it’s about the horrific customer service I experienced as someone who works in the service industry. When I tried to calmly address the haircut, and inconsistent pricing even though my dog has weighed the same each time I’ve been, the manager repeatedly talked over me, perceived my tone of having an attitude when I was clearly and calmly just stating my frustration with the service, and showed more interest in getting me off of the phone instead of resolving my concerns. I’m sure this is not the standards for “100% satisfaction guaranteed” when I was told to call. Constructive feedback was not received well, which is concerning for a business that works with people’s pets. I was hoping for understanding and professionalism, but neither was shown and I will 100% not be returning.
- LYLisa YolandaDec 14, 20255.0My Jackie has severe anxiety and has never and can’t be crated. He is my Covid pup so he has never been totally socialized and is afraid of his own shadow. His first visit was traumatic for him but if you could see him now, he absolutely loves Ashley and Julia and gets excited to see them. Ashley and Julia have made each and every appointment more comfortable than the last. They have always extended themselves above and beyond the call of duty to make Jackie Robinson comfortable and fearless. They are his groomers for as long as they will have him. He loves PETCO and I love PETCO. The grooming is excellent. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else wherever Ashley goes, Jackie goes!
