  my dog came back with a couple of spots on here with 0 hair shaved down to her skin. I can only imagine she was terrified and if must have hurt. She wont even let me touch one of them. When i dropped her off i had paid for the doodle detangler upon arrival the lady checking me in said she didn't need it and wasn't that matted. I left got a phone call saying the dog was very matted and she would save as much as she could. I had brushed my dog earlier and she was not THAT matted. She also said when i dropped her off that my appointment would be longer than her shift. I'm pretty sure she just rushed through it to leave on time but now my dog has bare spots probably was in pain and has the worst hair cut I have ever seen. i would not recommend.

  I like this location. store is clean, all living creatures are well taken care of, and staff is knowledgeable. Never took my doggie to the groomer though

  Pet co is a well stocked pet store. You can buy reptiles, birds, geckos, mice and other pets there. It is well organized, well staffed with knowledgeable employees.

  This location has the worst customer service in grooming, my dog went for only a bath. I had to call for my dog after 4hrs because I wasn’t contacted & there was 2 numbers on file. Then when I got her she left with dandruff that she has never experienced. Her groom here before that was great all around Sarah groomed her then. After I called to complain the grooming Manager Ashley ended up hanging up in my face & I had to call & speak with the store manager Dana. That conversation was civil & I got the information I originally callled for. Weeks later I went to reschedule my dogs appointment at another location & was told from them my dog was referred out. This was done by the midtown location & they did not communicate that. I called & spoke to a manager Issac & he was great also Crystal is also great but the 2nd time speaking with Dana she demonstrated exactly the type of customer service I had been receiving from Grooming & also hung up in my face. Calls with Issac & Dana were recorded on my end & you can just hear the difference in customer service. I suggest if you have to go here stay from grooming and having to deal with store management because they lack professionalism.

  I called ahead of time to make sure they had snakes and they checked the whole store for me and got the pricing for me very positive and friendly the whole time as soon as I got there, the woman remembered me on the phone. She was very nice and not be got her manager. Her manager came over very quickly walked me to the back where they were holding the brand new snakes that they had they let my daughter hold each snake to check out to see which one she wanted and my daughter was very pleased and happy. It was a beautiful and magic magical experience. The whole store was clean. The people were nice very inviting atmosphere and people.
