Very impressed with Laura and Priscilla! Took me in on time and personal care and attention were comforting to me and my rescue cat, Galileo.

Despite an appointment, it took over an hour to get vaccinations for my dog. He was taken into another room and barked for 20 minutes which he has not done in 10 years only does when he is in pain. I was then overcharged for the vaccinations. Found the staff to be rude. Will never be returning to this location.

We were welcomed warmly, attended to promptly, and advised of both the procedures and the pricing (which were very fair). Thank you.

I was dreading take my dog in because of his previous vet visits. This was absolutely one of my best visit. Nurse Fawm and Dr Marano handled my Prince with such care...

I've been coming here for primary vet care of my almost 4 year dog old ever since he was born, and in general have had no issues. My dog has been having issues with pain after using the bathroom. I booked an appointment last week and at that time, it seemed to be at the tail end of the issue. They also updated his shots. Cool. He started having the issue again so I scheduled a follow up appointment for 5pm. There seemed to be some confusion, as the doctor has the front desk reach out stating if he needed X-rays, he would need to come in earlier. I wasn't 100% sure if he needed X-rays or not, and explained that's fine, asking the latest I could bring my dog in that allows them enough time to get everything they needed complete. I wanted to explain some new symptoms that may or may not determine the need for X-rays. The front desk person asked if it was okay for a vet technician to give me a call "shortly" to discuss symptoms and if needed, x-rays. Perfect. I can inquire about x-rays as well as explain the new symptoms. The vet tech never called me back, nor did anyone from Petco/Vetco that day. They didn't even call me when it was time for my appointment to see if I was still coming. Since I was under the impression after the call that they wanted to do x-rays, I didn't show up as I didn't want to just be turned away. It might be a simple missed call, but my dog is obviously not feeling well and this lack of communication only prolongs how my dog feels. I was able to get an appointment with a different vet for the next day, and plan on using them to help my dog through this issue. In general the vets at this location have been great, but if my dog isn't worth a callback then I'll go elsewhere. I'm open to returning down the line, but at this point my dog needs the help he deserves. I hope this review helps them in the future. Also there is no easy way to pull vet records online that I can tell. Not the fault of this individual vetco, but something Petco should look into.
