  The manager at Petco, Kelly Ann, reached out to me and addressed concerns I brought to corporate, however when I brought my dogs into be groomed yesterday, she was waiting for me with the groomer to bully and attack me. It took almost 30 minutes for me to check in my dogs as Kara yelled at me and the Manager agreed and encouraged the behavior. My one dog became so nervous she pooed and peed from this long, combative check in. Kara did not address my dogs one time, who were getting restless, but just continued to yell at me. At one point, the manager did step in and say this isn't the time or place to Kara. Kara and the manager both said they would refuse to take my dogs if I complained to Corporate about this treatment. They also told me they would no longer service my dogs ever again. All because I didn’t agree with one up-charge. Kara said my one dog was matted and they would charge me an additional $15 for this and I agreed. However my other dog was not matted since she has poodle-like hair and my son spent one hour brushing her out the night before just to make sure her hair was suitable for them. The manager said it was up to Kara and I had absolutely no say and the fact I disagreed with that one item, Kara could send my dogs home. This was a 30-minute interrogation that was preplanned. When the manager said I said one rude thing, I said I have barely said a word since I have been here. The two of you have been attacking me in this isolated room for almost 30 minutes. Since they refuse to service me and intentionally drove me out by teaming up against me and bullying me, I cancelled my Vital Rewards program and will never enter this store again. I had no issues with the vet or ordering food; it is simply these groomers retaliating against me due to my initial complaint to corporate. I hope no one else ever has to endure this kind of treatment.

  They always take care of our sweet girl especially since she’s a little nervous! Such a great team at this location!

  Kara the pro stylist was excellent. My dog came out nice and clean. I have tried several other dog bathers and this is the only one my dog really likes. Kara did not use the blower on my dog like the others do because my dog is afraid of the blower. One bather I brought my dog to said never come back because my dog was so afraid.

  I’ve been coming here for quite some time and feel the need to share an honest review. Firstly, pricing can be very inconsistent. They charge my dog as a small sometimes and then a medium sometimes making pricing significantly different. Why change what I’ve been paying for the past 3 times now? Secondly, they can’t seem to get my dog’s facial haircut right almost ever. I even showed a picture this time. Needless to say, I’m considering going somewhere else to groom my dog because this has been disappointing as an experience and quite frustrating.
