The fish I purchased died the very same day, and instead of offering real help or feedback, the staff blamed the issue on my water without even listening. The tanks in the store are visibly dirty, which raises serious concerns about the health of the animals. Customer service is practically nonexistent—there are no employees around to assist, and when you do find someone, they’re dismissive and unhelpful. This store shows a lack of care for both the animals and the customers. Save yourself the frustration and heartbreak—avoid Petco.

They probably used it for their tank, and put it right back in the freezer for sale. Their saltwater tanks are also not properly maintained. Full of algae and Cyanobacteria. Fish do not look healthy.

She listened to what I wanted done and it was perfect. I will be using Petco Grooming from now on and Kara will be the Groomer, I will be requesting always. Bravo Petco Grooming!
- JJJOct 10, 20251.0Lost my business for life. Enrolled in a puppy training class. The trainer called and left me a voicemail the night before it was scheduled to start to say she wasn’t going to be working there anymore and the class would not occur. Instead of immediately issuing a refund I had to make three phone calls, total of 28 minutes on hold, to reach someone willing to assist in refunding me. Nearly a full hour on phone calls and on top of that 5-10 days to receive my refund. Complete lack of professionalism on the part of the trainer and horrible processes that waste customers time, affect their plans, set them back in training their pet, just all around failures. I will never shop at this chain again due their complete lack of respect for their customers.
