I placed a pickup order at 2:46pm and by 2:51pm, I got another email that my order was pickup already. I went to the store around 4:30pm, same day, and told the cashier about the email I received. She gave the reasoning of “the order got cut off & that I would just need to pick up the product in store” and shooed me off. I went to the back to pick the product up and while walking back up in the front, I look to my left and see my order sitting to the left of me. As I’m explaining the issue to the other cashier, the initial cashier chimes in saying “she already checked”. The only thing she checked was the last 4 digits of the order number, instead of checking in the area.
