- AKadalet kurtulusDec 18, 20251.0I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the grooming manager Lex, as so did some others as I observed yesterday when I was picking my dog up. The grooming itself was below standard, but at this point it’s not about the grooming anymore, it’s about the horrific customer service I experienced as someone who works in the service industry. When I tried to calmly address the haircut, and inconsistent pricing even though my dog has weighed the same each time I’ve been, the manager repeatedly talked over me, perceived my tone of having an attitude when I was clearly and calmly just stating my frustration with the service, and showed more interest in getting me off of the phone instead of resolving my concerns. I’m sure this is not the standards for “100% satisfaction guaranteed” when I was told to call. Constructive feedback was not received well, which is concerning for a business that works with people’s pets. I was hoping for understanding and professionalism, but neither was shown and I will 100% not be returning
