I only come to this location if it is an urgent need, but now I might avoid it all together as the checkout time is longer than I am in the store typically.

First, she told me she saw no appointment for me. Then said,”are you sure it’s not PETSMART?!” Once she found and confirmed the appointment was actually the next morning, I received the email a few minutes later that the appointment was canceled not my behalf. I never canceled my appointment and my husky really needed this appointment Per the vet for skin irritation. I will never book anything again with Petco and maybe I will try PetSmart. Thanks for the recommendation😊
