Do I have to sign a contract for a membership?
We do not require any contracts for our memberships. You have the flexibility to cancel at any time. However, we kindly request a one-month advance notice for membership cancellations.
Do you offer boarding overnight?
At present, we do not provide overnight boarding services.
Can I bring in my own shampoo for my dog?
Certainly. We are happy to use any shampoo recommended by your veterinarian or your preferred brand. However, it is not necessary to bring your own shampoo as we have a variety of options available.
Do I have to be a member to get any of your services?
Membership is not required to access our services. However, becoming a member offers you greater savings on our grooming services.
