I took my new puppy for a comprehensive eval and vaccines today. The experience and customer service was superb from start to finish. Both ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and professional. Dr. Davis and her assistant have such a pleasant bed side manner. They both explained everything thoroughly. You can tell they really love what they do. They also offer very affordable options to make sure your pet is healthy, happy and thriving! Thank you all!

This is the worst banfield I have ever been too. The girls at the front desk lied to me 2 times. This past time she wants to tell me my animal hasn't been seen since 2022. Then how did I get a prescription card for her in December 2024? This place just wants money. Last year they said they had to see my cat 3 times and they still couldnt find the problem or fix it. But just wanted me to keep coming back for more money. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location where you will be treated with respect and your animal cared for. I will be calling corporate on the front desk crew at this location for denying my animal to get a new prescription card when it hasn't even been a year since she got it and WAS seen here.

My vet is grate but when I send people in there they always tell me some women that isn't a tech or vet comes in telling her what she should get. So I went in with a friend I referred. They send in a salesman to get you to sign up and buy thing's that the veterinarian isn't going to do. I asked who she was and she just said she has been there for so long she just sits in. If this happens to you nicely ask her to leave and only deal with the dr and tech. This is why Banfield will always be the Walmart of vet clinics

Before I start, I want to say that the standard of care my pet received was good. The vet who helped us was kind, professional, and did her job well. Pricing is also fair, which I appreciate. That said, the real issue here is communication. I called ahead to confirm pick-up timing and fasting instructions. Over the phone, I was told the fasting message I’d received earlier was wrong, so I followed the updated instructions. When I arrived, however, I was told the fast was still incorrect (based on the same info their front desk had given me) and that my cat would likely have to go last. Not a problem, since I had already made it clear I’d be picking her up later in the day. After being told I would pay $22 and leaving, I got a call an hour later saying because my cat had eaten--something they already knew before I left--they strongly recommend nausea medication. The new total was $52. It’s not the $30 that bothered me--it’s that this could’ve been communicated upfront instead of after the fact. Later, after the procedure, I confirmed with the vet that I could pick up my cat around 5:30 (their website says they close at 6). Minutes later, I got another call saying they actually close at 5, and if I couldn’t make it, I’d have to pay a lodging fee. I was told they were closing early because the doctors were leaving… but one of those doctors had literally just told me I could come at 5:30. Overall, if you’re looking for competent veterinary care at a fair price, this clinic can provide it. But if clear, consistent communication and customer service matter to you, you may want to look elsewhere.
