I recently had a wellness check and teeth cleaning for my dogs. There was a miscommunication with drugs administered. I said no to the nausea medication and yes to the revive my dogs if they died. They were given the nausea medication I was against. Thankfully the staff were understanding and I was not charged the $200+ I won't go into details however my dispute was undeniable. Everyone i dealt with was compassionate and understanding. I went back to the vet the very next day because my dogs were not the same. I was sick. I was able to talk with technician and dr. I was so relieved and happy with how they responded. I want to personally thank Dr. Cowell, Alexis, Najeya, Danielle and Sabrina. These ladies are exactly in the right profession. Sharon amity location.

Ive been using this pet hospital for 4 years, Most of the staff are very nice, but for them to be a "pet hospital" they aren't very knowledgeable, and dont have any allergy options other than Apoquel, Cytopoint, or an expensive prescription food. When you set up an account they lock you in with Autodraft, and if you dont have it they charge you a $20 late fee. The payment is $67.00, and they charge 1/3rd of that as a late fee! On top of being super expensive!! Oh and if you sign your pet up for a plan you have to pay it for a year even if your pet dies!!! It's a scam to get money with very little actual medical advice! The amount of "guessing" that's done is crazy work for the amount they charge.

Yesterday, my sweet dog Beau had a big fall & this is the only Banfield that was willing to work us in for a check up. Everyone that I encountered from the woman at the front desk, to the vet tech and Dr. Dayton were 100% genuine and kind. They checked him over and even got him updated on his rabies shot. Everyone I encountered listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. As I was starting to write this review Dr. Dayton herself called to check in and see how Beau was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. I had a very positive experience at this location and never felt like I was just a number in line.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
