They were negligent and double vaccinated my cat. They didn’t apologize or was emphatic but instead said it was good that my cat got this which is mal practice. I was going to confront them but I had conflicting appointment right after this hour long appointment( which was suppose to be a quick check up since I last saw them in October) because they were irresponsible. Instead I contacted corporate on the phone and will do so again to file a report. It’s terrible that I always get a different veterinarian every visit which basically suck because i don’t have any knowledge of what type of person my cat is in the care of. I definitely will be canceling my subscription after my year end.:( new cat owners beware )

I have two rescue dogs, who are cared for by Banfield Pet on South Blvd, Charlotte, NC . They are large mixed breeds, ages 10 and 5 years. This review is long overdue.
Patrice is the Nurse technician, who Maybel (5yo pitbull/border collie mix) usually sees. Today we saw Mike up front, who kindly and efficiently checked us in, and then Patrice came out to bring Maybel back. Maybel's eyes lit up, and she gave the "wigglebutt" greeting she always gives for Patrice. I can't say enough about Patrice. She is genuinely caring and knowledgeable. Truly one of a kind, and we appreciate her so much.
Dr. Hertel saw Maybel this am on drop off for her 6 month comprehensive exam. Maybel has had her share of issues from injury to allergy, and all of the Vets, we have seen, have been compassionate and explain medical management to me, thoroughly with rationale, cause and effect intervention, and cost of treatment advised. Today, I was advised to put Maybel back on antibiotic and maintenance medication injections for her skin allergies. Maybel is one of those dogs, who has ongoing issues with her skin, and she is active, runs with me on trails, and is often exposed to many allergens. I appreciate Dr. Hertel's detailed explanation and guidance to a realistic choice for management, therefore, as always, I am very happy with our visit and treatment option. I recommend!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
