The staff in both the emergency clinic and the immunologist office are wonderful, compassionate and knowledgeable! Each and every one has contributed to the good health of our little Boston Terrier. We regard them as friends as well as professionals!

Dr. Arnold is one of the most caring veterinarians I have ever come across. He is top notch and the best at what he does. My interactions with the front staff and the ER doctors have also been positive but Dr. Arnold is the one we've spent the most time with and cannot say enough good things about him.

The medical staff and manager at this location lack the capacity or emotional intelligence to grasp what having REAL compassionate medical care is. I would describe the staff at this location as incredibly fake, disingenuine, with an overall lack of empathy. I was initially checked in by a woman with multiple piercings on her face and had to keep repeating myself as it didn't seem that information was sticking. I gave her my phone number several times and she's still ended up typing it wrong in the system. They took my dog and gave an impression they were holding it captive. I was told they would be performing a series of tests including blood panel and x-rays. From that moment on, I was given cryptic information from the multiple medical staff coming in and out of the exam room. During the initial exam, they couldn't be bothered with showing me any radiographs (x-rays) so that I can see them with my own eyes and make an informed decision. THE LESS INFORMATION THEIR PATIENTS ARE GIVEN, THE MORE CONTROL THEY HAVE. According to the hospital manager, Patrick Carnes, this facility is in the habit of giving free x-rays to its patients without any documentation listed on an itemized treatment plan or invoice. WHAT VETERINARIAN THAT YOU KNOW OFFERS FREE X-RAYS? This is not standard practice for a "professional" vet clinic. When I addressed my concerns with the hospital manager, Patrick Carnes, took three to four days to return my call with my initial voicemail and then another week to respond to my second voicemail. Patrick offered no solutions and protected his own interests above all else, ensuring that his clinic makes money. I filed a formal complaint with the NC Veterinary Board in Raleigh, NC because of complacency and lack of transparency. His medical staff also had to give written statements to the NC Veterinary Board, to further explain their courses of action. I would like any one of the staff's own pets be brought to this clinic for medical attention and let's see if they get the same treatment. Luckily, my vet bill was settled in full with the assistance of a third party. BTW A LITTLE COMPASSION, EMPATHY AND UNDERSTANDING GOES A LONG WAYS. PUT YOURSELF IN OTHER PEOPLE'S SHOES.

The staff at CVS is very professional and personable. The doctors explain everything thoroughly and take the time to answer all your questions. They really care about your pets as if they were their own.
