  My dog has to be medicated before she is groomed and I have been going back and forth trying to get this script filled. Between the vet going on vacation for 3 weeks, leaving the script locked in her office, the script being written for the wrong dog, and the other script not being called into the pharmacy after being told they would call it in. I’m over it. This has been dragging for 2 weeks. I will be switching locations. Since I don’t know how to respond to the response sent by the company. I will not be emailing anyone to resolve the issue. I have burned enough gas and energy with it. I’m done.

  While the staff are kind and animal lovers, I’ve made the choice to leave after 5 years of care with them. If you have an injured pet, do not bring them here. A year ago they told me my dog had arthritis, and after probably $2,500 worth of visits and medication, yesterday they told me to amputate his leg. My dog has been in pain for a year and the lack of quality exams (literally just a glance at your pet) has prolonged his treatment to the point where we are DONE. They had no issue providing me with his medical records when requested, they are probably very used to that by now.

  I took my new puppy for a comprehensive eval and vaccines today. The experience and customer service was superb from start to finish. Both ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and professional. Dr. Davis and her assistant have such a pleasant bed side manner. They both explained everything thoroughly. You can tell they really love what they do. They also offer very affordable options to make sure your pet is healthy, happy and thriving! Thank you all!

  I took my cat for an appointment in August to update her shots & told the vet we were still good on her heartworm preventatives from her old vet, as we had just moved back to Charlotte. He told us to just put in a request once she runs out, which I've now just done earlier this week. Now I get an email that my order is canceled because she's due for an exam? I call the number on the email to speak with a representative and she does not make it clear at all what I need to do other than call the hospital we went to. I guess they want me to bring her in for another exam just to get heartworm meds? They seem very money hungry.
