  Very disappointing experience. They repeatedly cancel appointments at the last minute, I was called just 10 minutes before my scheduled visit to cancel, and this has happened more than once. It’s also nearly impossible to speak with anyone about concerns, and they’ve never worked my dogs in during emergencies despite being long-time patients. We switched to Banfield near Northlake and have had a much better experience.

  Exceptional service from the 2 staff members who spoke with me after hours on 3/22! Will continue to come back due to the awesome care provided.

  DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION unless you enjoy -being on long holds every time you call - being told your dog's monthly medication will be ready when you arrive because you call ahead and every month you get there and still have to wait for long periods for them to actually give you the medication -having an appointment that was scheduled for an in office visit and not a drop off appointment, causing you to wait unexpectedly -being told to wait before they can check your dog in bc you're 15 mins ahead of the appointment time and they want to check you in closer to the appointment time when this was not communicated prior -being told that your dog is ready for pickup and you inform them that you are 5 mins away and if your dog isn't ready you can come back later...they say to come now and you STILL wait up front for them to put a label on your dog's meds while you can see the staff laughing and hanging out in the back behind what is supposed to be a privacy glass for them to eventually come out and STILL ask you to wait to print your dog's docs I have been coming to this location for years and the past 2-3 have been horrible with customer service. I have no intentions on returning.

  Excessive, misleading, undisclosed and unnecessary fees. Following an appointment for routine vaccinations, I was scheduled for a return appointment after a few weeks to receive the booster dose for the flu vaccine. Following that second appointment, I was informed that I would be paying another "Exam Fee" (+$75) for that appointment as well because it was "state law" that a full exam had to be performed on every pet. This is not true, even Benfield corporate policy states that exams are only needed if there was not one on record in the past 12 months. My last exam had been just a couple of weeks prior. In addition, none of the procedures listed on the website included in the Exam Fee were performed during either of the charged appointments.
