Dr. Michaela Henry’s lack of care was very noticeable. She rushed us out the consultation and left home while we were still in trying to stop the bleeding. I do not recommend this location. BIG NO!

- TSTANYA SMITHJan 13, 20261.0I am furious at this group. The office is terribly mismanaged. I called last Saturday to find out if the doctor could call me and I was totally ignored. I finally called the Corporate office out of desperation and then suddenly the doctor called me. This group does not give you any paperwork when you have tests done. They just leave you in limbo. My last kitty died of something I never was informed about at Banfield. I took him in every year and this doctor can only read blood tests and the outside of the cat. The only reason I go to Banfield is for the plan. Now that is over. I need to go to other veterinary hospitals for real treatment and help. Save your money and your wellbeing, go somewhere else.

She made the check in process so smooth and explained everything perfectly regarding the different plans. Definitely will be back to visit.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
