- SASamantha AndersonApr 2, 20265.0I have been taking my pets here for many years but never reviewed them. Yesterday, I had to put my pet to sleep. They were so compassionate and caring. They worked in an emergency appointment, they gave a brief exam and options for our pet. We elected the best possible outcome and they were so kind. They let us have all the time we needed. Our appointment went way after they closed but at no point were we hurried or felt rushed. When we were ready, they kindly and gently administered the medicine needed and then they helped us very compassionately as we were leaving. Shoutout to Dara at the front desk - she was the kindest, most helpful soul and the vet tech was amazing as was the doctor. Our baby was on the Banfield pet plan as a kitten and over the years the Cotswold location has been there for us and our pets. He was 15 and they have cared for him from baby visit to euthanasia. I couldn't ask for a better vet experience in an awful time. Thank you all for your kindness, empathy and compassion.

- JJJessica JacksonFeb 25, 20265.0I recently had a wellness check and teeth cleaning for my dogs. There was a miscommunication with drugs administered. I said no to the nausea medication and yes to the revive my dogs if they died. They were given the nausea medication I was against. Thankfully the staff were understanding and I was not charged the $200+ I won't go into details however my dispute was undeniable. Everyone i dealt with was compassionate and understanding. I went back to the vet the very next day because my dogs were not the same. I was sick. I was able to talk with technician and dr. I was so relieved and happy with how they responded. I want to personally thank Dr. Cowell, Alexis, Najeya, Danielle and Sabrina. These ladies are exactly in the right profession. Sharon amity location.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
