- MFM FraAug 29, 20251.0The way they chopped and screwed my shih-tzu cut. Then the cashier soliciting tips for a TRASH job. Show people there dogs before begging. In Atlanta I’ve always seen my dog before paying. Also my dogs nails were not cut and his mustache was still folding in his mouth. After paying I stood in the waiting area & the groomers had a full conversation while grooming and left me waiting for my dog. Very unprofessional. No eye for detail and no sense of customer service and reading the room. Do better.
