I arrived on time for my dog’s appointment, but the manager, KC, was rude and made me wait outside before letting me in. Once inside, KC told me they couldn’t do a haircut because of “too many mats” and that only a vet with a razor could handle it. The very next day I took my dog to a different groomer, and they had no trouble giving a full haircut. The mats were minor and easily managed. This shows Petco wasted my time and gave me incorrect information. KC’s attitude was unprofessional, and I won’t be returning for grooming services here. Pet owners deserve respectful treatment and honest assessments, not dismissive behavior.

They are excited to get groomed and spend a few hours with him. His attention to detail is second to none. He ensures my dogs leave happy, healthy and smelling just as good as they look. So grateful to have such a great groomer so close to home, so much so that I’m moving 2hrs away and still planning on coming back here for grooming appointments. I know KC loves my dogs just as much as my family does that is worth the drive.
