It looked like they were going out of business or seriously restocking everything in the front aisles. Two employees were having a conversation when I walked in. I didn't hear either one greet me. When I finally found what I was looking for, I went to check out and one of the employees managed to speak to me in between the conversation he was still having with his co-worker, so that was something.

When the doctor came in (John) he stated that the kitten had a fever. So clearly the vet tech they have there is incompetent. Lastly, they sent my husband home with an antibiotic medication WITHOUT CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. The 7 day medication needed to be refrigerated after first time use. This was not communicated. I found this out myself by looking on Google. The people here are incapable of providing accurate information. If you truly love and care for your animals please take them somewhere else more qualified. I’m more qualified than the vet tech and associates here and all I use is google and ChatGPT.
