  1 Star is to much to give but by there scale it’s as low as it goes. For me I’d of put a -5 star if they had one. Take care when using this vet I had the year puppy package that was paid in full at the end of year they kept charging our back account every month even tho they was not paid threw the back account but they have to have an account to start services. It total $750.00 by time we cought it in the bank account even when our dog was not seen for no reason a they will not refund any of the money they steal. At the office there they’ll tell ya to call the main office in another state. Where they’ll tell you your suppost to call to stop payments ya never started. Good luck in your dealing with them. Hope this will help someone catch em before they get ripped off to

  I took my cat yesterday morning, after he was attacked by another outside neighborhood cat and I can honestly say this was the best thing I could’ve done for my baby. Literally when I took him home he had way more energy, fever dropped, and he started purring again. They are truly amazing, they deserve way more recognition 💗 I know they treated him well, they are very well educated, sympathetic and overall supportive. They never judged me for waiting to bring him in (cause I waited almost four full days) they didn’t judge me for trying my own at home methods and honestly everyone there were so kind.. it will be a steep price but they will find way to work with you to get your prices discounted and work only on the things you agree too. They are very courteous as well and will call before doing anything that may cost more than what was talked about during the evaluation. My cat is doing fantastic and I do hope this helps anyone else who has a sick pet

  We had been taking our cat Dusty to this location. During that time, they noted on the past exams about needing a dental exam but it was never vocalized to either myself or my wife. His last comprehensive exam on 12FEB26, dental issues were not even mentioned. We noticed he was acting weird and brought him in to get looked at. We brought him in on 08MAR26 and now, all of a sudden, he needs teeth pulled. We scheduled the extraction and during that he had multiple teeth fall out. This level of care is horrible! This could have been prevented. When I confronted the vet about how this could have been prevented earlier, both vets I talked to said "checking cats teeth is hard". Oh, sorry, didn't want you to have a hard day at your profession. How is that answer even acceptable to say. Banfield is the vet equivalent of a corporate puppy mill. We will find somewhere that actually cares about their patients.

  They are always so nice there and very friendly! Also good sales people. They convinced me to get back on a insurance plan there when all they really came for was rabies shots. They even somehow were able to cut his nails + that is nearly impossible for my dog!
