- PBPhyllis BrilesApr 8, 20221.0I was referred here by the VA. They have been scheduled 3 days and NO CAREGIVER showed up any of those days. Response from office people was "we can't control who shows up". .. Totally irresponsible attitude. Company is NOT trustworthy to care for your loved ones.

One day the aide was unable to gain entry into the home of an amputee whom was at home they sent her to another assignment. YES he was in the home. Aides were not qualified to work with someone such as an amputee. They were so Lazy; you'd have to tell them what to do on a daily basis.
