The front desk staff, nurses and Dr. Mason were amazing. Everyone took such great care of Goku. Thank you!

I request a room rather than drop off because I live to far the vet used to come in and do all the shots and evaluation in the room. Now I sit alone in there for an hour while they take my dog in the back room

One star is generous. I brought my cat in for a routine check-up, expecting a basic level of professionalism. Instead, I was immediately asked about payment plans before anyone even asked why we were there. The staff even had to Google what certain vaccines were for right in front of me, which was not reassuring. After I agreed to what I was comfortable with, my cat was taken away without explanation. Fifteen minutes later, he was brought back, and the staff member pleasantly referred to him as a her. I waited to see if she had just mixed up the words, but she continued on as if it were correct. Getting actual results from the check-up was like pulling teeth — I had to specifically ask about his teeth, weight, breathing, etc., and the tech seemed annoyed that I wanted answers. To top it off, I had to clarify at checkout whether I even owed anything since all I was told was, “You’re good to go.” The paperwork later listed my cat at 200 lbs (obviously their mistake). The only positive part of the visit was the polite checkout staff. Overall: sloppy, unprofessional, and dismissive. I left feeling more frustrated and uncertain about my cat’s health than when I walked in.

Banfield wont let me out of my plan. Because of their service I ended up having to put my cat down at another location. I continued to call to get help for my cat and anytime they had her they would suggest drop off and not doing anything until 5 pm. I stressed on multiple occasions that my cat was backed up and needed something. They never helped with anything for her and even after 300 X-rays they didnt. The vet couldn't even read the X-rays smh. by this point my cat was so sick and weak. During this process the lady at the front desk told me something to purchase to help her go, NOT THE DOCtors, the receptionist!!!! by the time I got her to a new place I ended up with a massive bill and had to put my baby down. IM CANCELING MY CARD! YOU CAN SEND MY ACCOUNT INTO COLLECTIONS. you will still never see a dime from me. Had your doctors done what I asked or given me help that I PAID for, my cat would still be here. I went to the chat to cancel and was told I couldn't, not even for the cat that passed away. They still wanted me to bring my healthy other cat in for next round of shots. lol. Needless to say, I'll take the ding on my credit b/c I'll never again come back and you'll never get any money from me. Get better vets and get better front end staff b/c they clearly dont care and dont relay messages. the only person in that place is a nice woman that works the front desk that suggested something to help my baby. If she sees this, she will know who I am, and just know im thankful for you!
