When I explained the state of my pup, they got her in right away. Every person we interacted with was pleasant and caring. They ran tests to confirm diagnosis, and throughly went over her at home treatment plan. I left knowing they are only a phone call away if any questions or further concerns arise. The ENTIRE staff was wonderful. Thank you "Great Plains" for helping my Furbaby, she is already showing great improvement.
