- AJA JAug 9, 20251.0Made an appt for 4pm. They called at 3pm left a message saying they had cancelations and if we could come early. I called back 5 min later and confirmed to come in. My husband took off work to take our dog in early and when he got there at 330 they had left because they finished early and didn't want to wait. OUR APPT WAS CONFIRMED FOR 4PM. They only do appointments once a month so now I have to wait another month. What is the point of making an appointment?! Why take appointments and ask to confirm them if you can just decide you're not going to show up. Honestly so unprofessional.
