- SSSherri SwanAug 20, 20243.0I never post bad reviews, but have to this time. We paid extra for nail trimming which was not done. One of our dogs had a few small matts in her fur which we were told needed to be cut out. When they cut them out they chopped her tail so bad it looked like a kindergartner cutting her own hair. For the price I feel like I could have done a better job myself.
- MBMike BurrittMar 20, 20221.0Very disappointed with my pups grooming. Luke asked what I wanted and he said that he'll do a trim. Why ask me what I'd like done when if he'll only do a trim on pup. He did a very sloppy job and left alot of hair on the bottom of the paws and the face was choppy and he never touched the tail. I will never go back if that's what I'm going to get. I will not recommend Petco đź‘Ž
- DWDebbie WJan 17, 20221.0I don’t usually take the time to write a poor review, but… have a new puppy and had stopped in a puppy salon previously to get his eyes and bum cleaned up. The ladies were really sweet and took care of him quickly. I was looking for a tiny Leash and harness and stopped in Petco, I thought I’d ask the girl sitting in the grooming room what she would recommend for his tear stains. All she had to say is “ that kind of dog is always going to have tear streaks”! I’m totally aware that this kind of dog needs special cleaning around his eyes etc, but it IS NOT TRUE that he will always have ugly brown streaks on his face from tears. I’ll go somewhere else where their more helpful! 🙄 And have more knowledge about my breed. Also the place is dirty, I didn’t even want to let my dog down to walk. I did get a leash. It was the only one they had and it was laying on the floor and was dirty and had obviously been stepped on. I needed it so I bought it , they gave me a generous 15% off. I won’t be returning to Petco. Their prices are really high.

- KMKarel MontgomeryNov 3, 20191.0The groomer called about 20 minutes after I dropped my dog off to tell me he had fleas, and would require a flea treatment (for an additional cost, of course). My dog, age 17, has NEVER had fleas. When I picked him up, his cut was uneven and patchy, and I was handed a bill for $72. Never again will I utilize your services.
