My puppy spent almost 2 1/2 hours there for a bath along with feet, face and fanny. That's too long for a puppy to go without getting a chance to go to the bathroom. FIX THE BROKEN APP!!

When she called in to speak to management their response was just to take him in to the vet with absolutely no accountability and no resolve on their end. Terrible service and a risk to your pets health.
