They had a pretty small selection of blanks, which is always a little frustrating when the carousel they hang on is advertising shapes and colors you'd prefer. Instructions are clearly posted on the machine, and the clerk highlighted the code on the receipt for me. Engraver certainly takes its time, but did it's job extremely well, cleanly handles text scale and positioning.

We placed an order through the app, we had the order number, order in the actual app, the email that we placed the app, and the payment for the order. There was apparently a glitch in the system which happens I get but despite having all the information about the order, there would not give us the food that we had paid for. I then called customer service after I had ton drove home because they wouldn’t do it at the store and they said they should just be able to give you the food. It was awful and I will not be back
- STS TOct 7, 20252.0This place is becoming more and more of a joke. Not sure if there is new management or not but I have been going to this place for over ten years. Over the past 6 months most of the times when I go there the shelves are empty and the tanks are empty as well or on quarantine. Today when going there once again (which I am from out of town) it was 6:45 and I wanted some fish. I asked for help and the dude just standing at the counter playing on some phone thingy said the fish thing was closed. I thought he was joking at first and I said wait what. He said we are closing at 7pm and we don’t do anything animals wise at this time. I was like you close at 7pm he said yes. Then looking on google it says 9pm, I told them that, then the lady who was also just hanging out behind the counter said it’s posted here and on the door that we are closing at 7pm. But ok whatever close at 7pm but when people drive from out of town and go there to get fish 15 mins before closing and you have two staff just standing at the front maybe get the fish. I will not be going back to this location again. Sadly I don’t see this place making it long under this new management. It has seriously been going down hill. People like myself work until late and rarely get to leave town and this is the only time I can get there. It’s not only being denied the fish but it’s how this place been running over the last few months. Super sad.
