The selection is very underwhelming and the tanks are very dirty, like you can't even wipe down the front of the tanks??! The store is always disheveled and disorganized. Many of the staff members lack a friendly and welcoming attitude... The list goes on. Corporate please intervene, this is an embarrassing example of what Petco used to stand for. Pet Smart is blowing you out of the water.
