I brought my 11-year-old Lab mix, Callisto, in thinking he had ear mites, but Dr. Lee and his team quickly discovered it was actually a yeast infection in his ear, diagnosed through a cytology test. Dr. Lee also identified that Callisto was suffering from a skin allergy, which we hadn’t noticed before. I was so impressed by how thorough and caring the entire staff was. Amy at the front desk was incredibly friendly and managed to get us in for an appointment the very same day, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was compassionate, and Dr. Lee took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Even Callisto, who’s not always the most cooperative patient, sat still for his ear flushes thanks to the calm and gentle care he received. It’s clear that Wiggins Veterinary Hospital cares deeply about the animals they treat. I’m so grateful for their help and for giving Callisto the care he needed.
