- KBKesha B5 days ago2.0I brought my puppy in for a puppy bath and trim his face. This was the first time he has ever been groomed and it was not a good experience. He did bite the groomer when she tried to use the clippers on his face. She also let me know when she tried to use the scissors he was trying to eat them (he is 4 months old). When I got there to pick him up they let me know about his bite and that he would need to go to a private groomer. After reflecting on this I realized that it was scary for a 4 month old who has never been left anywhere since we have had him at 6 weeks. This is something that takes time I’d have more respect if they were honest and just said they don’t want to work with him and him getting use to them. With all living beings trust has to be built. Also whatever was used to bathe him dried his hair out.
