  We had an appointment for both of our dogs today at 3 pm and arrived about 10-15 minutes early and they put us in the room right away. At 3:20 I went up to ask if someone would be coming in soon and the receptionist said it was only 3:19. That didn’t set right with me. Upon further inquiry I was told they only had one vet tech and “someone was ahead of me” I’m not sure if they know how appointments work. My husband is recovering from a fall and we just could not sit there in that hot room, after being in the room for 40-45 minutes with a senior dog, a bull dog who was panting excessively due to the warm room. I even had to step out and get her water from our car. They seemed unconcerned when we left. Now that my dog is getting older I need a vet who is able to keep the appointments their staff makes for them.

  Dr Alex and the staff are amazing! We rescued a 13 year old dog in December 2025 from a situation where the owner was not capable of caring for him. When we saw him, he had no use of any legs. He had pressure ulcers to the bone on both sides of his shoulders. He was in so much pain and we honestly thought it was the end but we wanted to see if there was anything we could do for this sweet baby just to give him a little love and care. Any other vet may have said euthanasia would be best but she saw how much we wanted to try and she did everything she could to set us up for success. It was a very hard road but Buddy is doing so well!! She's compassionate, caring, and you can tell loves her job. I recommended a few other people to her and they all had the same great things to say!

  The female vet was arrogant and rude. Charged me over $800.00 for nothing special. That's right $800.00. To get my 2 small dogs checked out and provide care and medication for my papi boy who suffers with severe allergies with severe symptoms. She didn't even treat him, at all, for any of his symptoms. If a person is going to behave in an arrogant manner then at least be smart and do your job with higher standards. Or even just base standards. Again, routine visit. Also this female vetinarian was working with an extremely incompetent tech. Who got everything wrong. My visit was approximately 18 months ago. Reading the reviews I noticed that the responses from this clinic are almost always the same. HERE'S A TIP: DON'T BE SORRY BE RIGHT.
