- KRKristy Franatovich - RealtorFeb 17, 20265.0Dr Alex and the staff are amazing! We rescued a 13 year old dog in December 2025 from a situation where the owner was not capable of caring for him. When we saw him, he had no use of any legs. He had pressure ulcers to the bone on both sides of his shoulders. He was in so much pain and we honestly thought it was the end but we wanted to see if there was anything we could do for this sweet baby just to give him a little love and care. Any other vet may have said euthanasia would be best but she saw how much we wanted to try and she did everything she could to set us up for success. It was a very hard road but Buddy is doing so well!! She's compassionate, caring, and you can tell loves her job. I recommended a few other people to her and they all had the same great things to say!

To get my 2 small dogs checked out and provide care and medication for my papi boy who suffers with severe allergies with severe symptoms. She didn't even treat him, at all, for any of his symptoms. If a person is going to behave in an arrogant manner then at least be smart and do your job with higher standards. Or even just base standards. Again, routine visit. Also this female vetinarian was working with an extremely incompetent tech. Who got everything wrong. My visit was approximately 18 months ago. Reading the reviews I noticed that the responses from this clinic are almost always the same. HERE'S A TIP: DON'T BE SORRY BE RIGHT.

- JKjaedyn kylaJan 14, 20261.0please do not bring your animals here! we brought my dog in for what we thought was a brain injury, we even told the vet we are almost positive she got kicked by a horse and she kept saying no i don’t think so and took x-rays of her body and said she had a “sprained neck” even though the x-rays showed nothing. when we brought her in she literally could not walk or move and she still said no to a brain injury. my poor baby has gotten better since but her head has a giant crater from the kick she got and has noticeable brain trauma. 500 bucks later after the vet would not listen to us.
