  The guy Chance gave excellent customer service ….he was so nice he even had me laughing so hard I really appreciated him.So now when I go back I’m going to look for him every time 😃

  My appointment was at 9:00 am and it’s now 4, the groomer I was told just started but service was not completed, half washed and the groomer stated no one wanted to assist her. The manager was pregnant should probably go on FMLA but had so many excuses as to why I didn’t receive a call earlier concerning any issues My dog is not aggressive and has anxiety the stories she made up was not true and was told they had it on video which I never seen nor did I authorize my dog to be recorded. I’m the impression they just didn’t want to do his grooming. Go elsewhere they serviced the opposite race much quicker

  I bought crickets for my Fancy Leopard Gecko. The crickets were over $6 for 31. I expect some of them to be dead, but when I opened the container there were ten crickets alive. Ten.... I was told that being they are live insects that I cannot get a refund. Anyway, I will not be buying them from Petco anymore. On a positive note, the employee that checked us out was very polite, the store was clean, and there were great products for pets. W. Tardo

  **edit groomers have always been nice here but cashier staff is rude ah 70% of the time. I always greet first, how you doing, smile, etc. met with straight faces and eye rolls and silence. sorry to interrupt your conversation at the register, won’t again. One implied I was going to steal the items as I picked them up after I scanned my card. A.) I would not have picked them up if my card wasn’t approved, and B). I’m still standing here waiting for the receipt anyway, so idk who you are talking to like that. I’ve been a regular here for a few years and it used to be a highlight of mine and my dogs day, now I leave feeling worse. It’s almost always a regrettable experience here and I’ve only kept coming because not everywhere carries my dogs food, and I like that I can take her inside. I will not put it off any longer we won’t be coming back. very over priced rude staff (save for a couple that are always very kind)
