This is the second time I’ve tired to go in to grab a quick bag of food at 8:40 pm and the store is already closed. The store isn’t supposed to close until 9 pm so they are closing an entire 20 minutes early (possibly earlier but I just haven’t come at 8:30 pm yet). I understand not expecting customers to come in to shop 10 minutes till closing but locking the doors 20 minutes before closing isn’t appropriate and it is costing the company money. Tonight I tried to come in and several others were too but the doors were locked so early they lost business.

The service from the groomer was nice, but the grooming receptionist was rude. In addition, the amount was 15 dollars more than advertised. They charged 5.99 for the shampoo used and 10.99 for "shaving". When I asked the receptionist about the additional amount, she didn't look up or give an explanation. Will not go back for grooming again.
