Recently, I changed to All Creatures because my previous vet of over 30 years retired. Just today I took in my Lab because it had apparently been bitten on the leg by a snake. The people at the front desk said the “hospital administrator” told them to refer all emergencies to some animal emergency clinic because they were “too busy.” Never in my lifetime of dealing with vets has a vet refused to take a my dog with an acute injury. What good is a vet that refuses to treat your injured animal? As for me, I have already found a new vet.
