  Quick to respond when I called right at 7:30am. Helped us put our beloved golden retriever to sleep with dignity. Love that this vet truly knows the value of providing a reasonably priced services. Will use again!

  The techs/back staff are very unprofessional. Both of the front clerks were so sweet. I brought a cat in just seeking help from experienced animal caregivers( I assumed) but the staff was very dismissive and rude. Their behavior was very disturbing. The walls are paper thin and I could hear every word of ridicule for bringing the cat in for assistance with administering medication. The hiss from the cat was so frightening to them They wouldn even take her out of the bag for a weight. I had to come back today for paperwork being filled out incorrectly on their end and once again I clearly hear the unprofessional behavior discussing when I brought the cat on yesterday. This was a very horrible experience.

  I could compose a long list. I called for an appt and they had one available later in the day, and that's what I'd hoped for since it was a Friday. Rambo didn't enjoy the visit very much because he got probed and had shots, and to add insult to injury, they trimmed his nails too. He goes with me everywhere I go, and today he felt betrayed, but he's over it now. Everyone is great at Forest Hill Animal Hospital, and Dr Mitchell has been taking care of all of my pet's needs for decades, and even though We've moved to Puerto Rico, I usually opt to have Rambo's annual needs done here when possible.
