  Well, my first encounter was a very rude gentleman that didn't want to help. Himself more or less a customa'am.I was a bother because I was there is how I felt. But to turn things around.There was a female that was in there that was extremely helpful and gave me a coupon and explained to me the return policy without me asking she was sweet as she could be great.Customer service but the guy needed major help in that department. But. She turned it around. I ended up getting 2 doggy jackets because I'd just given a pit bull. A bath and he was shaken like he was a Chihuahua. So we got a Jean jacket and a hoodie type sweatshirt Overall to have good stock. They have a clearance sale on the Halloween costumes right now.

  Shanika H is awesome she groomed my dog for the first time and did an excellent job. I recommend her to anyone needing their fur babies groomed.

  john has a bad attitude very rude and disrespectful i had my security for purchase and he still told me to show id and that i would not be able to return again i felt so profiled i was so embarrassed at this behavior

  Have not been here in a while since my dog passed but it was one of the places I shopped for her dog food and toys sometimes. They had a nice selection of things to choose from for many different types of pets. They also have a pet grooming area and other live pets. Great place to shop or take the kids to see interesting possibilities for a pet.

  Recently, I have been going to this store more often because of the different variety of aquarium plants and fish. On multiple occasions I have encountered rude employees at this store. One in particular is a young white male with a long brown beard. I don't know his name, but he is always rude and very short with me. I always try to go in there with a good attitude, but when he is there I usually leave out upset. It is frustrating to be made to feel as if you are not valued as a person or customer. To make a long story short, today I returned some fish that were sick which I am allowed to do according to their return policy. He proceeded to tell me that my water was dirty, diagnose the fish with what he thought was wrong with them, and then told me that he wasn't going to sell me anymore fish. Mind you, prior to buying these fish, I had no problems with my fish. My tank levels are fine and I did a water change yesterday. To be honest I don't want any more fish from them. I have never been treated like this at Petsmart. Needless to say, today is the last time I will do business with Petco in Jackson Mississippi. In response to Petco owner: There is no excuse for being treated the way I was treated and from the reviews, apparently I 'm not the only one. There needs to be a change in the culture of your business from the stinky environment to the rude employees. This should not be acceptable nor condone..
