  Called the store today to schedule a visit for my pet. Some man answered the phone and I could barely understand him , I asked him was this PetCo (noisy background-no greeting) he says yes can I help you. I responded and said yes whom am I speaking too, he said PetCo! I said yes I’m aware what is your name ? I asked , he hung up in my face. I called back and asked him was that appropriate and he said that was not him that just hung up on me( voice was exactly who had just hung up on me). I asked him again for his name, and his response was he couldn’t give me his name over the phone and proceeded to hang up again. I have never been a customer of PetCo, and I guarantee you after today I never will be. That man ought to be ashamed of him self. All I wanted to do was schedule a visit for my cat and know who I was taking to that was doing it. It only takes 1 person to ruin a whole experience. And if I might add he mentioned he was the manager. Just wow!! I will spend my money elsewhere !

  Will never have my business or my family business again. Came here went straight to aquatics well before 6:30pm. Upon arrival we saw 2 of the store employees, one being the the store manager, standing in the aquatic section & saw us walking in to the same section on the freswater end from the day before. Not one time did either of them acknowledge that we were there to make a purchase. Some time passes by & we are just standing there like where did they go. So my sister goes & ask the lady at the register for assistance to purchase some fish roughly around 6:07 only to be told that they stop selling fish at 6:30. Mind you we were there well before that time & they saw us coming in & go to that section. So she calls the "manager" over the store intercom. About 10 min goes by we see the manager in the cat/dog department walking around as if her assistance wasn't needed. We finally get a chance to speak with her & told her that we were here well before 6:30 to purchase fish & needs assistance only to be told "well our fish department is closed & closes at 6:30, even though WE WERE ALREADY THERE BEFORE THAT TIME,come back tomorrow"
