- ABAndrea BaileyJan 22, 20261.0The techs/back staff are very unprofessional. Both of the front clerks were so sweet. I brought a cat in just seeking help from experienced animal caregivers( I assumed) but the staff was very dismissive and rude. Their behavior was very disturbing. The walls are paper thin and I could hear every word of ridicule for bringing the cat in for assistance with administering medication. The hiss from the cat was so frightening to them They wouldn even take her out of the bag for a weight. I had to come back today for paperwork being filled out incorrectly on their end and once again I clearly hear the unprofessional behavior discussing when I brought the cat on yesterday. This was a very horrible experience.
