  Extremely rude employee and manager. Today I had another horrible encounter at this Petco the worst customer ever at a pet store. I am a loyal Petco customer, but after moving here and my recent visits to this store I am considering never going to Petco again. Unbelievable lack of customer service and blatant rudeness is apparently how they do business at this location.

  The store is orderly and while getting familiar with where items wanted can be located, there has been polite assistance and detailed direction.

  I travel a lot, and was in need of some medications for my dog. When I called this location, I spoke with Chris. They informed me that they didn't have the medication I was looking for. I was in a bind because my regular vet is over 200 miles from this location. Since it was a Saturday, with an event going on nearby, many places that are normally open on a Saturday was closed. Chris then informed me of a vet clinic close by to their location. That clinic was open, and they were able to get my dog set up. I then went to this location afterward for some supplies. Chris then was able to assist me with some much needed supplies, and gave me some great suggestions as well. While I was there, I noticed they have a grooming section, and was hoping I would be able to get a nail trim for my dog. Taylor met me at the desk there and was able to get my dog set up in no time. They were a pleasure to speak with, and were able to get my dogs nails filed down to a better level than ever so my dog didn't scratch things so roughly. They were even able to help me try fitting a different harness for my dog. I am beyond impressed with the level of care, dedication, friendliness, and helpfulness, I received at this location. I would not hesitate at all with returning for my dogs needs. My only regret was that I was in a rush, and had to leave too quickly. The inside of this store is super clean, and I saw smiles all around.
