This was my first time using them and I was at their mercy desperate for a correct diagnosis when I called about my shih tzu Mofo. She was in pain and not eating or drinking, barely moving. Dr Ember was an angel. She was very thorough and ran multiple test and diagnosed the problem and even found an unrelated underlying heart condition that was undetected for over 6 years. She explained each charge beforehand and the cost was very reasonable, not that I cared what it cost to fix my baby. With the correct meds, 48 hours later she’s eating, drinking and barking as usual. They even called today to see how she’s doing. The front desk staff is great as well, they all just loved on my baby and guided me every step. Truly top notch service and both my fur babies will be lifelong patients.
