  What a treasure to find this clinic along our journey. As full time nomads in need of medical care, it can be a tad worrisome to go in without knowing what to expect. First, what a beautiful and inviting reception area! Paperwork was easy. The whole visit, we were treated kindly and professionally, and both dogs were handled gently and with respect for blood draws and vaccines. I never felt pushed to get more than exactly what we needed. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and took great care to answer my questions. Most importantly, they allowed the dogs' personalities to shine, with never any impatience or stress at the shenanigans. We left with what we needed at an affordable price. A first time visit discount was applied even though we probably won't be in the area to visit again,at least not soon. Our only regret is that we can't take the whole clinic down the road with us! Thank you Dr. Thames, and kudos to your whole team. We are most grateful!

  Went here several times in the past four months. The girl working at the front desk had never made eye contact or smiled at me. Seems to be very unhappy. Dr Abby is not personable and her assistant (the brunette) hurts my dog each time I come to this place. My dog actually growled at her and he is 7 years old and he has never done that to anyone before. We have gone to vets in several different states close to about 45-55 times. I will not be back to this location for the simple reason that my dog is in pain just from receiving a shot. The brunette assistant is just extremely rough. Could be worse but just doesn’t meet my expectations. Edit: the doctors have called me several times. They really care about my experience and the experience of my dog. However, it must be noted that my dog is not happy going back there and I will not return based on that alone. Please note, they are good people and they have great prices. However, they have injured my dog to the point that he will not be happy returning there. So, regardless of how many times they all call me, I will not be returning and it has everything to do with my dog’s mental health. It’s just a line I cannot cross. Kind regards,
