- LMLisa E McKimFeb 14, 20264.0The staff are unfailingly friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. Gant is caring and knowledgeable as well. They've done a great job with both my cat and my large breed dog. My only complaint is that there's ALWAYS a wait - to get in (even with an appointment), to see the vet tech, to talk to the vet, and to pick up. It's often quite a lengthy wait, so be advised. I never plan anything on the same day as our visit. Just sayin'.

I’ve been taking my dog here for the last 5 years and just because I took him to a different vet because he needed stuff they told me they can’t sell me his simparica trio pill any longer. What a joke. I pay money for this place for my dog and they don’t care to serve me. The front desk hispanic lady sucks and she’s extremely rude and acts stupid. This place used to be good but it’s gone down hill. I don’t recommend it. Not to mention i always drive 40 minutes here and always have to wait forever in line.

I recently cancelled my subscription but then within the same month started it again and they acted like I was a brand new customer that they had never seen before. It was only about 12 days from the cancellation to restart. When I brought my dog in I requested that they trim his nails and the trimming was done so poorly that I had to go home and complete the task. While there I was asked about his teeth cleaning and I said no because he had just had them done about 6 months before and yet they called me shortly after on the phone to tell me that they thought he needed a dental cleaning. (this was not the same person that I had talked to earlier). Although I think that they are pricey I still like the convenience of not having to find another vet, and I really would like to have the treatment that I pay extra for instead of paying and then having to complete it myself

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
