  Went in the store to purchase mice and my daughter was by the bird displays and the lady said to her I see you trying to erase my sign when in fact she was reading the sign I turned and told her to back away from it and the employee named Summer very sarcastically said to me are you okay are you having a bad day 🧐 at this point I turned to see if she was speaking to somebody else my reply was no are you. She told me my mice and crickets would be in the front when I’m ready. I walked by the fish since I have 150 gallon saltwater tank and might want to purchase fish. She then came to the fish tanks and passed in front of me and said your order is in the front I said ma’am you told me that three times since I have been walking around looking and yet she stood there smiling asking if I’m having a bad day. At this point I’m not sure what your point is. Every time I go in this store it’s the same employee that does the same thing. When I get home one mouse ate the other mouse head off. I called the store and was informed they could not do anything about it even though I have the body as it was in the box. I’m thinking something was wrong with the mice because my snake would not touch the last one. I spend ALOT of money at Petco just to be treated like this so aggravating. I’m done with this store !!!!!!!!

  The employees are friendly and helpful. They are willing to give needed advice and recommendations (on the fish I bought). Checkout was efficient. Overall I'm very satisfied with the level of customer service.

  Summer was extremely helpful and kind when I was there to buy fish. She was very knowledgeable about aquarium keeping and fish care. This is the only chain pet store I will buy livestock from, and it’s because of the care that Summer and other employees provide for the fish. You guys are great and I hope that doesn’t change.

  I bring my dog here to be groomed. Sadie is the groomer and she is wonderful! She is caring and treats my dog with love, not to mention she is a skilled groomer. She makes him handsome every visit and he loves his time with her. Thank you Sadie!
