- JDJoe DuddyJan 18, 20261.0By far the worst vet clinic had a almost 2 year old cat to get fixed according to there paper work he had everything taken out of him such as o2 what what not 10 min later doctor goes and checks on him and he is dead.. im not a doctor but anesthesia 101 would not be leaving him unattended common sense what all of these people lack of up here. The vet tech that took my cat for his autopsy couldn't even remember where she took him.. if I have to drive 90 min to mizzou to drop my cat off im pretty sure I would know where im driving but common sense isn't so common anymore. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one goes to this vet and they close all of there clinics down. Also I vow to make sure everyone that worked on my cat loose every single liscense they have and can not ever practice again.. also If I get a automated comment back for me to discuss it further like you guys do with every other post I will flip.. maybe do your damn job and figure it out yourself like a actual buisness owner is suppose to do

- WUWilliam USep 24, 20253.0Overall Banfield is great. I feel the attentiveness has dropped some over the many years we have been clients. The rotating veterarins is a bit dis heartening, prefer to have one primary vet to see. The front desk is often unoccupied and takes time to get to the desk.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
