- LJLinda JonesSep 8, 20251.0I took my very sick chihuahua there at 8:30 am. They had been seeing him since 2017. I specifically told them that if they didn't have time to take care of him that I would call around and find someone that did. They assured me that either Dr. Patty or the owner would take care of him. At 3:30 pm I called to check on him. The only thing they had done was give him a shot for nausea. They profusely apologized because they couldn't find time to take care of him. When I picked him up at 5 pm they charged me $431 and recommended that I take him somewhere else. I took him straight to another clinic that did all the things that they said they would do but didn't. Fox Creek told me, after treating him, that they hadn't expected him to make it thru the night. I was totally shocked that they would charge me that amount of money after letting him sit in a crate all day and not taking care of him. I will never go there again.
