A few days ago I ordered delivery of dog food, using uber eats. A refrigerated bag was swollen with gas and clearly bad. I went to the Petco store at Mackenzie Point to return it. Actually I just wanted to get a replacement. Petco has always been bad when it comes to entering correct info into their system. I’ve never received a reward because their computer system often / mostly fails to enter my purchases. So there was no record of this particular purchase and uber eats didn’t leave a receipt. I was able to show that uber eats had made the delivery. ANYWAY the “manager” at the store told me I’d have to call corporate. The point I want to make is that they refused me a return and the manager was very very very rude. I will never ever shop there again. Petsmart for me from now on. P.S. I’ve gotten spoiled food from this store a few times and had to go back to exchange. Quality control leaves a lot to be desired.
