  I had a very concerning experience with this clinic. I was not told during her original visit what to expect post procedure or given a clear explanation for why the procedure was recommended. I called later with follow up questions, regarding new symptoms and what signs indicated the procedure was necessary. The veterinarian Dr. Arnet became defensive, said he didn’t understand my questions, accused me of implying wrongdoing, and then stated he was uncomfortable speaking with me before hanging up the phone on me. I called back and spoke with the manager Elizabeth, who dismissed my concerns and told me I would need to pay for a follow up visit if I wanted further evaluation, even though my concerns were about issues that arose after the initial treatment. I understand that medical opinions can differ, but professionalism, clear communication, and basic respect should not. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported, and I will be seeking care elsewhere.

  I love shopping petrol, but the only thing is I never know what kind of rewards I'm getting. I always put my phone number in, but yet I've never known what I actually get for that. Never been told nor never had an email on what my rewards are.

  I’ve taken my puppy here for a year now and while so far we’ve been happy with her grooming, today changed that. We had an appointment for noon to get her groomed, and at 4:30 when we hadn’t heard anything about her status we just decided to go up and see if she was ready. They were just about to start her. That means 4 and a half hours she was sitting in a kennel. There was no mention that this would happen, no calls to ask of this was okay, no suggestion of rescheduling. The groom wasn’t done until 6:15, we had to be there after closing to get her. Over 6 hours a one year old puppy was there without even having a potty break, which was obvious when she had a giant accident before we even left the building. The only explanation we got was that there was a lot of walk ins. I understand that happens but there’s no excuse in my opinion as to why a puppy is sitting alone in a kennel for that long and going 6 hours without a potty break. I won’t be taking her back here simply because the whole thing felt neglectful and I don’t want to put my puppy through that treatment again. Otherwise, they do a great job with the actual grooming aspect and I’ve always been happy with how her fur is when she’s done but I just can’t do that to her again.

  Groomers are rude. They will ignore you while they sit at the desk. They will ignore you in your face and only acknowledge you when they feel like it.

  Not many PetCos care about the Aquatic department, and healthy fish, but this 1 does. Hunter and Brian do amazing jobs. They care about what they do. I have yet to have any fish, I have bought there to die. Petco gets a bad rap, bc most do not have a good aquatics team that actually know what they are doing, so fish are fragile and sick most the time...not this shop, I wld recommend it to anyone! They can also order you what you want if they dont have it in stock 🥳🥳
