  This Petco location has always seemed to be the worst in the area. I was wandering the strip mall with my little brother and had to steer him away from the multiple dead fish in the wall of tanks and explain that a few fancy goldfish in the tank with koi were "not feeling good" (they were dying from very obvious cases of Ich, and laying at the bottom of the tank which was directly at eye level to my brother). The guinea pigs also had absolutely no hay which is something they need 24/7 and the bearded dragon tanks were filthy.

  Very nice and friendly staff. However, if you're looking for bird supplies/accessories, go somewhere else. Very limited supply. The entire bird area wasn't 36" wide, and hard to find to the right of the aquariums, instead of an isle of their own.

  Drove up to pick up my curbside order only to wait over 15 mins for someone to bring me my online order. After sitting there I decided to walk inside even though mind you, this is a CURBSIDE order and two employees one red head female and another a tattooed male having a lengthy convo between one another while the register was unattended with an older gentlemen waiting for someone to ring him out, talking about another employees behavior and complaining to one another not acknowledging anyone but themselves. Me and the gentleman waiting n line looked at one another in disbelief that no one person was doing their job professionally. I will be going out of my way to go to the mid rivers location if I have to go to a petco again. They are much more professional.

  I stopped going to petco because of the slacking and poor customer service. So, I went somewhere else . So, I decided to go to petco to give it another try. Bryant and Holly was very helpful and awesome customer service. The both of them made me free welcome. I will be back again and hopefully I can see them again. Thanks.
