Instead of a neat trim, she was just chopped short, even in the areas I specifically asked not to touch. The result looks terrible and is nothing like what I expected. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be coming back here. They even shaved off the dog's whiskers, which is generally not allowed.
