- MCMatt Cooper3 days ago1.0This store is staffed by the worst people. I cant speak for the grooming dept as I dont use them for grooming. I came into the store to ask about the return policy on a few fish I bought. As one store associate was attempting to explain the return policy anothe very rude Hoosier lady with a petco name badge interrupted and rudely dismissed me since I didn't have ALL of the fish WITH me and I didn't have a water sample from my tank. If that is their policy...fine. I wont argue, but the abject rudeness and attitude from the store associates is compleately unacceptable. Their customer service is horrible and the staff is rude . uneducated and the store often smell of urine and sick animals. I will NEVER bring my business to this Petco EVER AGAIN!

Also, as we looked around the store we were greeted by 2 wonderful employees (Raelynn and Danny) and they showed my 5 yo daughter all the different animals and talked with us about them. They even let my daughter pet a few of them! She was so excited. The store was immaculate and the animals were being very well taken care of. Thank you so much Raelynn, Danny and Sara for making our first time at your location a great one!! Would recommend to everyone!!
